Hi,
Im trying to remember how to get my own website on my PC ON THE NET , i now it is wrong really, but i like to do it that way. Could some tell me what i have to do.
Ive got wampserver and ronuk.org (MY WEB SITE) installed in it (J:/ronuk.org but ive got file:///) preceding it, that means i think its only present in my own browser ??? how do i get it to go on the net? Ive got PC DESKTOP,ROUTER & MODEM, WIN 7, KASPERSKY FIREWAL.
192.168.0.2 ROUTER
81.96.67.248 MODEM
file:///J:/wamp64/www/ronuk.org/index.html works with just the number.(192.168.0.2 ROUTER) but i don't think it is on the net.

81.96.67.248 (modem)give "unable to connect" page

on KASPERSKY firewall, there is no mention of ronuk.org

Has any one got any ideas please, thank you.

The ronuk.org is on my pc, and i logged in to my superhub 2, went to advanced setting,, scroll down till i found PORT FORWARD,

service http(tcp:80)
add rule
start 80 end port 80
protocol tcp
IP ADDRESS 192.168.0.9
Ive done all that? REM. ItS all on my PC but there something stopping me getting on the net?

ronuk.org private reg. renew $9.95
ive paid for both of these, SO i have got a domain & priv. reg. haven't i?
so their done. except the does seen to have the www in front of them.
The KAS. has allowed 80 through and back and rebooted.
but it still goes to this file:///J:/wamp64/www/www.ronuk.org/index.html

http://127.0.0.1 goes to a "unable to connect" page.
Ive turned of KAS. firewall and rebooted, still nothing.
So file:/// just tells you the web page can't get out, is that right? so if i disable KAS, MALWAREBYTES completley, will that be enough, there all so win 7 firewall but it says i can't do that?
Ive been to http://external.ip.address ive tried in the router, 192.168.0.9(ive changed to 9 not 4 - tcp/udp )and 81.96.67.248 the 81. xxx goes to a page with 7 sites on it. http://external.ip.address 81.96.67.248 and http://external.ip.81.96.67.248 and http://external.ip 81.96.67.248 3 ver. the first one i got 7 sites the second two , unable to connect.

wamp sever is all running.

i thought youd say that, so ill have delete all together KAS & MALWARE and try that then. See you later thanks very much for your patients. i do appreciate it.
what is the ext IP is it the 192 or 81?

Ive deleted win 7 firewall rebooted, still no diffrence Kas delete rebooted still no diffrence, malwarebyte deleted rebooted still no diffrence
It says "The connection has timed out"

ha ha lol 600mls. well i assume so, its port fd says the same 192.168.0.9

i don't supose i should use google chrome should i? i have got it on here, NO it says the same

Click Edit button to change permissions then click Add button for new user. Type IUSR as the username and click the box for Read+Execute permission.
I Don't SEE read & execute permissions?is it on the security page?

lol im you've had a good time lol im sweating now

do i read & execute, then advanced, then ive got IUSR AT TOP SAYS <NOT INHERITED>
