Apple and custard fillings are my favourites. I'll eat any donuts though

Ahh the so called "Chocolate Bomb" Donut. Many a fool in my School ended up with Chocolate Sauce on his shirt as a result of these. Not I though, I don't like Chocolate.

If I had to narrow it down, it would be strawberry jam and plain sugar coated.

Okay people, it's decision time:

What's the best filling?

Custard? Jam? Chocolate? Other?

All of the above, but i have noticed that Chocolate filling tends to be a lot harder to get right then other fillings. The Tesco/Sainsburys dounuts with Chocolate filling arn't very good at all, Krispy Kreme is the only one that seems to get that one right

Best Dounuts are the fresh sea-side ring dounets that they make in front of you. YUM!

It's not the filling but the quality/freshness of the doughnut that's most important. Supermarket doughnut's are fairly ****, I found sainsbury's are the best of a bad bunch.

If the doughnut is good a jam filling is best, not very keen on custard, a good chocolate filling is ok, but I really like a glazed ring.

I've just notice that's innuendo central.

Custard ones are amazing. Next in line is Jam. Custard wins because it's not common as muck like Jam donuts are

ring donuts, either glazed or sugared, tbf I don't think I have a real preference, but the ones I can munch through the most are krispy kreme, I very rarely buy them - I have nice consultants that usually bring in a box each month... Although we did get the office hero promo through, so I might buy a tray just to get the free dozen glazed rings, om nom nom.
