Considering that point was panned by reviewers and fans for month after the games release id say yup.

Enjoyed Doom 3 and the expansion pack but did get repetitive after a while, lets hope the sequel has more varied enemies and locations and also that its targeted at the PC first, consoles second.

Two things everyone should know about this game.

1 - It won't be as good as people hope and 50% of people will moan about it on release

2 - Hardly anyone will be able to run it full pelt

3 - It's already leaked

Having said that, I really liked Doom3. I'm playing my second run-through. One of the most creepy FPS games ever made.

Other than Prey and Quake 4, I can't think of a single game that used the Doom 3 engine. Weird that, the engine was amazing. Playing through Quake 4 at the moment and the use of light still looks fantastic.

I don't think so. I enjoyed it. I've not played a gaame that has had me jump out of my seat as much!

I t depends on what you want from a game.. Sometimes I like just a senseless blast around!

Most games are pretty much the same nowadays anyway, I wouldn't class any FPS game over the last 12 months as anything ground breaking.

But it was designed for PC. Other versions came long after and most were inferior to the PC version.
