Doom 4 beta..but wait there's a catch!

doom 4 would be one of my games i wanted for ever ! :p

that wolvenstine looks bioshocky. selling the bait of doom 4 to does make it seem a bit cheap move though :(
 
why didn't they just call it an alpha and say it will be released in like 2 years.... like the rest of the recent games (be them zombie survival but what ever) :p

I hope doom 4 follows the plot of the film.......(jk....but I did kinda like the film in a not giving a **** way ;) )

And anyway..., we all know "DOOM" (or just Doom 4) is going to be a bad game, which I hate to say, filled with oh so brilliant cinematic game-play, character progression, QTE's, dubstep, 3 minutes of cinematics, 10 seconds of gameplay, turret sections, and the like found in the Wolfenstein trailer.

I'm sure if it was Valve offering a beta of Left 4 Dead 2 with say, every £30 spent in Dota nobody on here would be complaining. :/ (hard to really give an example with their last full game being so old)

oh god 90% of the poasts you make are about critisizing valve even when valve has nothing to do with the topic or "pointing out unfair valve likability" even after your points get refuted many times, give it a rest broski :D

Back on topic, I have not played last wolfestine game as it did not look good, however this one looks quite promising and at £30 + doom beta does sound quite lucrative.

I have no heard nor seen any doom 4 info, I don't believe there is much info, so why you guys say the game is going to be bad, purely based on doom 3 and rage?
 
haha love that new trailer looks like it could be entertaining, i did enjoy the last Wolfenstein game reminded me of the original Wolfenstein and a little of captain America :).

I never preorder games always a bad idea and the reason so many games turn out so bad because once they have got there money it does not matter if the game is no good you have already paid.

It wasn't terrible but it wasn't good either, by any stretch.

Singularity was a similar concept (Reds instead of Nazis), but a much, much better game.
 
Played Wolfenstein New Order at EuroGamer last year. It was surprisingly fun, and the sound was great. Dual wielding assault rifles reminds me so much of Time Splitters
