There are exclusive ATCS cases, but they were always exclusive - 201s (champagne) are 10 a penny typically selling for around £30-£40 second hand now.
If everyone had ATCS cases mine still wouldn't be boring to me, it's all personal opinion. Every man and his dog seems to have a Lian Li PC7+ but it's not a boring case to me and if i had a system that would benefit significantly from 120mm fans i would have a PC7+
I've never bought or sold at a premium, the most expensive ATCS case i have purchased was a brand new ATC 111c-SX1 at a cost of £70inc, i wouldn't call that a premium. I haven't sold a ATCS case yet either. I did test the water on ebay a while ago with the 111b-SX2 i restored and it reached £63 iirc again not a premium for such a case having been restored to a high standard.
There was a time (when you purchased the 110) that cases were being sold at a premium, unfortunately i couldn't afford the premium. But now even 110s are selling around the £60 mark as well.
I know its all personal opinion, but whatever the prices, it doesn't change the exclusivity. As for whether or not you sell at a premium - thats pretty much based on how much the buyer thinks the case is worth. I've never seen a 110 for £60, but I'll take your word for it, I didnt know the bubble had popped that badly.

Yeh, the bubble has certainly burst on the ATCs cases, bad for me.
Will try and pick up a new 110 now, just when I get that £300 together.
Unlucky mate, nothing lasts forever though. How bad is it? (You should get money from OcUK the number of cases you flog for them

)

Correct, have a cigar. That's a very well known fact abot Silverstone. Still a rip off though as it's another company almost copying the successful design of another company regardless of how/why it came about.
Thanks for the cigar.

I know its a well known fact, hence why I don't understand the argument that the TJ03 is a 110 'rip-off'. It's not Silverstone trying to copy the successful design of Coolermaster, CM went their own way. Not only that, anyone who knows anything about cases couldn't possibly confuse the two cases. Also, you'll find plenty off 110 owners don't like the TJ03 (for various reasons) and visa versa. If it was a 110 rip-off you wouldnt find much of this and the only reason to dislike it would be because it was a copy. Not to mention, the TJ03 was sold at a completely different time to the 110.
How and why it came about is extremely important. Don't forget, CM let the ATC group disband, if those designers chose to go their own way then fine. If you look at Silverstone now, they clearly have their own style - the TJ03 doesn't stick out as a 110 rip off, just thier old flagship.
The briefs were probably not too dissimilar, but regardless of where a designer works he will have his own style. The designer of the 110 designed and built that fantastic case, but ATC's split up, he moved on to Silverstone. He then built his next case - the TJ03. Is he expected to be a totally different designer just because he has moved companies?! Silverstone recongnised the talent of the ATC's designers and wanted to begin a new company aimed at the same market as Coolermaster.
Ok, enough of a rant. But at the end of the day, what your saying is a designer ripped off his own work just because his case was manufactured by a different company to his last case. Had he been a free-lance designer, it could have been a very different story. Think of it like car designers, many make designs for a multitude of companies and have them produced by different manufacturers. That doesn't mean its a rip off.
