double cab - anyone?

Double cabs are still taxed as cars as far as I'm aware :confused:

The only way you get round car tax is less than 4 seats if I remember rightly.


Nope, the general guidelines are that it should be two door with a payload greater than 1,000kg, then it gets treated as a van.
 
For company car tax, the beneift in kind (BIK) is £3000 costing your wage packet £55 or £100 per month.

On a simlar car eg a Nissan X-Trail, the BIK is £9,600 costing £160 or £322.

Fuel benefit is also a lot less.
