Hi,

I made pizza on Friday night (from scratch) and had/ have a big ball of leftover dough.

Currently it is just sitting in the fridge and has grown to about 2x its original size.

Is it OK to freeze? will it rise again when defrosted and cooked? or is it best to use it now/ turn it into a loaf of bread?

Thanks

Make pasta! If you dont have a machine, rolling pin it out and use a knife to make wide pasta.

How the hell do you expect to make pasta from bread dough? Pasta dough is completely different.

But yes, it freezes well - I tend to make about 4 lots of dough when I do pizza and freeze what I don't use, always turns out fine.
