Downclocking issue.

your seeing all the cores in task manager?

could be the board or psu not delivering enough juice?

I don't have to mess with anything on my h55-m just set bclk/voltages and oc it,youve cleared cmos/loaded optimised defaults in bios and tried again?

Sorry for the delay I put it in to the shop see if they could work out what's
going on with it they tested the psu motherboard other cpu's psu is fine
they used there own to be sure did the same thing they said It could be the mobo
but not 100% the cpu's where tested both checked out fine so I'am going to get a new mobo and be done with it.
