Downgrade?

Here's the situation. I gave a my old comp to my parents to replace there very slow annoying acer laptop. Right now its way too quick for them and I'm looking to replace some of the parts with cheaper ones and make a bit of money off it.

My first step is the GPU, right now there is a Geforce 8800 GTS 320mb in it and i need to know what would be a sufficient cheap downgrade that my 60yr old parents wont notice is different lol I know they wont notice much but you'de be surprised lol I'm willing to spend around £20 on a cheap card to make some money for a new PS3 controller I may have broken lol

A second hand HD 4350 will probably do the job - as long as they are not planning to do any type of gaming on it.

I forgot to ask if there would be an issue with the fact its an nforce mobo? as long as im not tryin SLI?

Should have no problems - multi GPU will not work, but i'm guessing that doesn't matter. Just make sure you install the latest catalyst drivers and you'll be away

Although a 320mb GTS doesn't go for a great deal these days...you'd be lucky to get £30 for it, so you have to wonder whether it's worth the hassle for under a tenner, when you take delivery costs into account as well...
