Downgrading Help!

So i have a budget of £200, i get free delivery so i would like to stick to £200.

I have RAM/i7 2500k/Modular PSU/SSD/HDD and to downsize as the other parts what do you guys and girls think of this?

I'm using that same board right now with a non-K i3. How about this B-grade board that will still allow you to overclock your i5-2500k?

take the B grade and up the GPU to a 7850 if you can stretch

If you wanted to save a few quid, I'd recommend grabbing this case instead. I recently finished a build with it for a friend and I was pretty impressed by the quality.
