Downloading Game Demos on Live question

I'm downloading Fifa07 demo atm(don't care if people think its rubbish) and I about to sleep atm its at 45% complete and theres no way I can stay up till it finishes and I don't want to leave the 360 running so am wondering can I switch it off and continue the download from where it left off tomorrow?

yes downloads resume as standard. Also the 360 has a mode whereby it can continue downloading after you have switched it off at a sort of minimum power mode.

Thats the answer I was hoping for,cos I'm getting very tired now and want to sleep but don't wanna redownload what I have downloaded so far.Also wheres the mode your talking about and does it auto switch off properly after download has finished?

its in the system blade under console settings. Same place where the auto-off function is and yes it switches off after your active download list has finished, im using it right now
