Downsizing from Haf X

I'm considering ditching my Xbox One and just using my PC and PS4 for gaming. I'd like to be able to carry the PC downstairs so I can use my big TV for console-esque games. The haf X case I have atm is too big and heavy, I was hoping someone would recommend a smaller and lighter case?

I need room for a full atx mb, a Noctua NH-D14, 980ti, one SSD and one HDD. It should have enough cooling for 2500k @ 4.5GHz on air.

I really like the look of the NZXT H440 but don't know if it's a significant downsize?

to be honest no matter what case you go for it's going to be fairly big due to needing to support atx motherboard.

Have you considered getting a nvidia stream and then playing via gamestream as another option?

I sounds like a good idea actually. I could sell my Xbox one and Amazon Fire TV and just use the nvidia shield. What's the latency like at 1080p?

You might want to consider a smaller case also, as it's easier to move when you need to move it for cleaning purposes.
