Downward pointing ethernet socket

AFAIK TIA-568-C isn't a wiring pattern. It encompasses both T568A and T568B which are. As long as you use the same at both ends of the cable it won't matter.

Actually, with almost everything supporting Auto-MDIX, you could use different standards at each end and never actually know you've done it wrong because it'd still work.

Just checked and the spec sheet says they're labelled to T568B which is the most common option over here.
 
I don’t have one in front of me, but as far as I’m aware they gave markings for both A and B. I’d be VERY surprised if they didn’t.
