Hi guys, I sent a rma return to overclockers on the 13th of dec via dpd next day. It’s now the 3rd of January and they still have it.

I’ve called them loads of times and they refuse to send it back to me or deliver it, getting real annoyed since I assume ocuk has a time limit on a rma.

Anyone any ideas how I can push dpd to do something?

Ah so it was booked in and paid for on your account?

unfortunately then you are going to have to hammer them for an escalation. Its likely that its been lost/stolen/damaged by some driver that doesnt give a monkeys as they had a stupid amount to collect/deliver and had a grump on and they are trying to fob you off till they eventually say to claim for it.

There saying its not lost cause it keeps getting scanned then going missing then scanned again. Maybe its damaged not sure.

wow thats silly.
i guess you just have to be a screamy person on the phone good luck.

I just watched a video of a guy having a similar issue with his parcel that he had sent someone for their birthday. But it kept getting delayed.

In the end he went to the local DPD depot and got his parcel back.

WOW What a joke. Its also a nightmare that it takes a stupid amount of time to get someone to talk to about it. We had problems at work with DPD, we have several DPD deliveries a day and a new driver came on and was attempting deliveries at 7.30am even though we had told them, the depot, escalated etc but they kept trying. Like all couriers though you get some good ones who care about the stuff they deliver and there are others who dont give a toss.

Pretty sure I read somewhere, maybe on here, that DPD have to scan it every 24h otherwise it's considered lost? Did you take out insurance for the appropriate value?

Yes and its 6 days no tracking to be considered lost, not 24 hours. It's crazy.
