It's been a while since I ordered from OcUK but...

Your OVERCLOCKERS order will be with you today between 07:00 and 20:00

What use is a time estimate of between 7am and 8pm?
What happened to DPDs hourly time slots?

Thats pretty weird you usually get a tracking email and can see where the guy in the van is currently on a map.

yeah normally you get a text, email or both giving you an hour slot and a linky to a tracker thats accurate to 15 mins of its last location

share us your tracking number, never seen that as a time slot from DPD

Sure it's being sent by DPD and not Royal mail or something?

DPD Predict works if you supply a mobile number at the time of printing the label, at least it does for our customers, otherwise you'd still get it on the email.

. Ah for some reason I've got the same order twice(?), perhaps this has led to a problem with the tracking.

Just a bit concerned because I need to tell Security what time it's going to arrive!

Must be a glitch, for my last 2 DPD deliveries I've had a pretty precise delivery time, i.e. 11:24 - 12:24, each time they have arrived only a minute or two after the start of the slot.

I got an one hour slot yesterday. DPD are surprisingly good.
