DPD failed me

As title. This is the first time they have messed up to be fair.

Parcel was supposed to be here between 08:30-09:30. Turns up at 14:00ish, says no one was in (2 people in) and despite me setting it to "deliver to any neighbour" they didn't bother trying and took it back to base.

3 fails on one parcel is impressive.

That's not so bad. I ordered some vinyl and CDs from the US which seem to have simply disappeared into the ether. Vinyl and CDs coming from Japan have arrived in a couple of days.

They didn't bother delivering to neighbour because they didn't even bother coming to you.

I had a recent DPD fail as well. Apparently a label had to be reapplied, which caused a one day delay. Still, they are usually impeccable, so I have forgiven them this one transgression.

They're not looking good for me this week either, arranged a return to Amazon and they gave me the option to have it picked up by DPD so I jumped at that because they're normally spot on.
Should have arrived at Amazon on Tuesday but as of 5 minutes ago all the tracking can tell me is that it's made it as far as my local depot.

DPD failed me also recently, was mean't to have two packages delivered and on the day the guy turned up with one and said he'd be back later with the second parcel..(without any prompt from me) He never turned up.

Next day he delivers it and said sorry he'd put it in the wrong van...77

The courier in the op most likely didn't have the parcel on board or couldn't find it in the back so couldn't be arsed searching around.

Interlink were awesome, I got a call from the guy asking if it was okay to leave the parcel in my porch as I wasn't in. Such simple common sense, amazing!
