To be fair, they have always been very good for me.
The logistics of delivering everything on time can't be easy. Occasionally things don't go to plan. But then that is life. I had a delivery from a courier the other day at 8pm, when I asked him why it was so late he said it was because he had another hundred drops over his standard days deliveries. I didn't moan at the bloke because his day sounded long and tiring.
