Delivery time is sometime after you ordered it, between then and the time you die, (hopefully) failure to deliver before death entitles you to a full refund*

*On production of a valid receipt, in person at our head office, on Pluto.

You would have been given a tracking number, use the search function and you'll be able to track the status.

If you read my post you would have seen thats its been on the truck since 8:00 am, i didnt just guess that.

Well if it's on a truck it's out for delivery so it's a case of waiting it out.

But since 8:00 am? the depot is 5 mins away from me.

So it'll probably be the last drop of the day before they go back to the depot. I had to do a small bit of logistics and we'd always send the driver/engineer to the furthest destination then they would make their way back and then the last drop/visit would be the one nearest to where they live/where the depot is.

I do the stuff closet to base last, otherwise I'm knocking people up at 7am, and they whinge even more about that than not getting their stuff at all.
