I ordered a product from here Monday night, and received an email yesterday afternoon saying it had been dispatched. In that email I have a consignment number and it says that the parcel should be trackable on DPD's website from 8pm on the day of dispatch (yesterday), however I am still unable to view it.
I have sent DPD an email about this obviously but just wanted to know if anyone else has run into this problem before, and if their package did actually get delivered that day?
