I have used you a lot over the years and apart from the occasional hiccup, thing's have generally gone smoothly. My only real bone of contention is the use of DPD as your preferred carrier. DPD, or as it's known in our household "Dog P*ss Deliveries" is the weakest link in your chain and ultimately stops Overclockers from being a 5 star company.
One only has to see the levels of dissatisfaction DPD heaps on to its customers to see they're an ill conceived choice.
I think Overclockers could be better and would be, if only you sourced a better company for your logistics.

But honestly, DPD are excellent. The lads that deliver for me are so friendly and spot on. Never had a single issue with DPD. Be that delivering or collecting returns. However, it never hurts to give people a choice at checkout, as some online retailers allow. So it might list DPD, Parcelforce, etc. Each commanding a different price for delivery. But for me, if I see DPD, I'm happy.
