DPD

DPD is awesome for me Sandbach way.
My drivers are so good that sometimes I’ll give them a Christmas bonus if i have something delivered. Michael is brilliant.
 
Dpd was OK for me till they said they delivered to me with a weird photo to prove they did, contacted Ocuk and they sorted it for me, Evri I would never order from ever.
 
DPD were great in London.

Had 3 DPD deliveries here in 7 years. First one couldn’t find me and I had to meet him in the nearby village where has was busy getting a right earbashing by several other customers when I got. The second driver couldn’t be arsed and I got a “collect it from X” email in the evening. The third was great and asked me to inspect the delivery while both he and my OH videoed it as the outer packaging was damaged - contents were fine.
 
I do not normally have an issue with DPD but when I ordered by GPU they claimed to attempted delivery but didnt at all.

I know they didn't attempt to deliver it as I work from home looking out in to my front garden, my dog would have barked if they knocked and my security cameras would have also picked them up but nothing.

Was arranged for delivery the next day and it arrived fine just annoying when they do this when they never even bothered.
