DPI Scaling on different screens

Hi,

I have dual screens setup at work with Laptop + 1080P monitor. I've just had a new laptop also with 1080P screen, but the DPI scaling at 100% makes it look tiny compared to the monitor. Is there anyway to have the scaling set at 100% on the monitor, and 125% on the laptop screen?


Or anything else that would achieve similar?

if its a new laptop does it come with windows 8.1?

Yes, but the inbuilt scaling options don't appear to resolve the issue...
