I think you've discovered this but unfortunately DrayTek sell a Vigor 130 in the UK and not in the UK, and they're pretty much completely different products.

Luckily capacitors are easy to change and they don't have many on the board.

Yes I think the seller thought it was universal, he did not mention anything about being a EU version, but did advice by email that he bought it in EU never used in the UK after me going mad this morning trying to make it work lol. I even tried to sign up to Draytek support got refused said that is not a UK serial number
