As previously reported, SEGA is planning on releasing a ‘Dreamcast Collection’ on the PS3 and Xbox 360. This comes via their executive vice president of sales and marketing, Alan Pritchard, who had the following to say when asked about SEGA’s plans:

“The Dreamcast fans are very devoted. You see on eBay people are still buying the games and system. We actually have a Dreamcast collection coming out soon. We are looking to bring some of the old Dreamcast games to market digitally and packaged. The titles are still to be announced. The Ultimate Genesis Collection did huge numbers on PS3 and 360, so it’s an important part of our business. We’ve already been releasing some Dreamcast games digitally; Crazy Taxi [for one].”

The Dreamcast back catalogue is chocked full of goodness, so we can’t wait to see what’s on the way.

SHEEEENMUUUEEE please!

I'll stick with the original Dreamcast versions the way they were meant to be played. ;)

VGA box = win! They BUTCHERED Crazy Taxi on XBL, it's just not the same without the music and in-game advertisements!!

I never really got into the Dreamcast but I would like to see Sonic Adventure 2 on there, and MSR as well.

HELL YEAH! still got my dreamcast :D

They ruined crazy taxi with the ps2 and cube ports!! It ran too smooth but not fast enough to do the last crazy box challenge...

Would kill for Shenmue to come out though, my original disc 2 is still ruined and I never got to do the second one :(

The DC controller is damn good also, I still prefer it to my Xbox one, so as you say, the way it's meant to be played!

4 player Virtua Tennis is still great fun despite being almost a decade old also...

I'd get shenmue and crazy taxi. I sold my dreamcast when they stopped making games for it. I don't know why but I can see shenmue not appearing

I think I'll just stick to using my Dreamcast rather than the 360 but it is good for those that don't have one. There are so many good games for the DC, this can only be a good thing.
