From the comments of the first page you linked to:

The registrant of that website is a guy called Andrea Natella, who is creative director for a company called guerrigliamarketing.it, or in English, Guerrilla Marketing

There are other resources that attach Andrea´s name to "guerrilla marketing", this is one: (some website about unexplainable things)

As i´ve said above, you just need to check who registered the web site - http://whois.domaintools.com/ and you see it´s registered to [email protected]. A quick google of his name and his company come up with his job title...

there are similar hoaxes around.
