Alright, I'm thinking of getting one of those nice Tube-like resevoirs (like a Case-Coolplex 25, or similar) and mounting it on the top of my case, a YY-Server Cube. Currently using a drive bay Res, but its a bit pants, as the Radiator is about on the same level as it, leaving me to have to give the case a good shake about every 2 weeks or so to dislodge any errant air bubbles stuck in the Radiator.
Now...this is going to need some drilling action, and I was wondering what drill bits I should pruchase for drilling the small mounting holes for 4x nuts and bolts to hold the Res on top of the case, and also what drill bit I should use for drilling the 3/4" holes to feed the WC piping through?
The case is steel (and weighs an absolute ton, with all the kit + 120.2 Res in it, filled with water) and I think its about 1mm thick or so.
Last time I tried to do this, I went to B&Q to see what the monkeys there would reccommend, but the case just broke the drill bits that they gave me.
Maybe I should get a Dremmel or something for this type of thing?
