Drinking too much?

Completely normal at 18-25 imo if you're just social drinking. Me and my mates have a few beers most nights either at home or in a pub. Weekends we do get pretty hammered.

At Uni I use to actually club it most Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays as well.

ive got alota mates 18-25 who drink n 'that', like friday-monday no sleep n all that jazz, but your recognising the issue before its really an issue, its when you wake up and drink and are ill if you dont drink, there is an issue

Pick up a job that requires you to be up at 6am every day and you'll soon find your drinking starts to dry up, lol

English drinking culture fails tbh. We drink as often as the French and as much as the Germany and Denmark etc.

I think the British population are actually really unhappy, so the only way they know how to counter it is by having a 'good time', aka getting so drunk they don't notice.

Some people here seem to be forgetting the pure plesure of drinking.

My brothers currently laughing into the toilet bowl at the moment from last night, complaining that he's never felt so bad. I asked him with a smile on my face if he had a good night, he doesn't even remember it. If this is the pleasure one can get out of it then I don't want it. But then again he doesn't know when too much is too much.

I'm 25 and don't drink at all. Use to be abit wild in my early twenties with booze but stopped at 23 and haven't really looked back. The amount of money you save to spend on other things is massive also.

Personally I'd prefer to save the money and go rock climbing or something nowdays.

I still have the odd one or two. In fact I bought two bottles for tonight but usually there's a couple of weeks or a month between drinks.

Don't drink to change your social problems. Do something else to help with that - new hobby with people/club etc.
