Raist said:I know the non-smokers in my office drop a few bucks each day on junk-food just for something to do. It may balance out to the amount I spend on smokes, or it may be more. Either way, I don't think there's much cost difference per day between smokers and non-smokers. It seems the non-smokers take much longer breaks during the day than smokers as well. Whereas I'm out for 7-8 mins every couple hours, they disappear for 1/2 hour or better.
Non-smokers = slackers.
Don't know where you work, but were i've just left
D) i'd guess 75%+ of the people smoked. They without doubt took more breaks over the whole day than I did. Working at a call centre breaks are tight, and if you use up more time than you are given, or at the wrong times your given warning etc.. That i don't mind, but because our team leaders and boss' all smoke, they seem to think it ok to go inbetween breaks and smokers don't get into trouble because of this. It made more sense to take up smoking in that job i tell you.
