At work today ive been very hungover/still drunk and have drank about 12 pints of water so far. Ive been peeing loads aswell. Will this be bad for me, i read a while ago something about loosing salts or something like that.
Drink powerade or Gatorade not water, water will make you flush what ever salts and minerals you have left out while the sports drinks will replace them and rehydrate you faster.
