Drinking with the old man

Last time I went out for a drink with my ol' fella we both got plastered :D I ended up outside licking a window of a restaurant whilst my ol' dear looked on in horror. My ol' man was in stitches tho :D
 
I don't go on nights out with my dad, he doesn't drink that much any more anyway but I wouldn't have a problem going for a few pints with him on occasion. Most of the time it is just on camping holidays or family gatherings of some other sort where I will have a few drinks with him.
 
me and the old man drink often. Me him and my bother in law all drink together quite often. Good to be around family
 
tbh i have a real dad but i cant be asked to drink with him acts stupid makes fun of me in front of my m8s forgets my BD almost every year but doesn't forget my sisters BD's whats up with that and he wonders why i dont come and see him much

my step dad is such a better dad i would drink with him anytime if he asked my step dad is great takes me to football games other places etc
if i need to go somewhere he would take me etc
plus if i needed someone to talk to it would be him

and best of all i have the best mum in the world :D
 
i drink with the old man, on quite a regular basis. me working nights 5 days out of 7 and him being retired (and me being at home still)....
mum gets annoyed if we go to the boozer more than once a week, unless we keep her happy with free booze at home (not beer thankfully and they pay for alcohol between them anyway so i dont see how its free.... ^_~ )

gets him out of the house too. being retired must suck ass if my dad's retirement is anything to go by.
 
My Dad & I get quite drunk most times he's up in London and we go out for an evening, both like our beer and a good party!!!
 
I dont get on too well with my dad so no. I wouldnt mind maybe when im older though.

Yes, well done, alcohol is a drug. But at the same time, its a perfectly controlled and legal one.

If the thread was titled 'Do you often shoot up with your dad?' you would have a point.

In answer to the OP, almost every friday evening I have a few beers with my dad :)

I don't see the old feller that often as my family live in England but I really enjoy going out with him when I'm home, we both have similar interests so we're never short of something to discuss.

I dont drink.
I hate hot weather.
I Dont have a Pair of thongs.
I Dont use G'day or mate at all.
I hate Holdens.
I Dont really like AFL
