Drive Detected but not....

The bios detects my Seagate 7200.10 250GB HD but when in windows, no extra drive shows up, and I can't access it, help please?

You need to go into the Disk Management tool, right click on My Computer and pick Manage, then Disk Management in the MMC. The new drive should show up in there and then you'll be able to create and format partitions, once you've done that the new partition(s) will be available for use.
