Drive lettering

Maybe a dumb question but....
Was messing about with my hard drives and now when I put them back in the way they were...my e drive is my my D drive and visa versa. Even when I put just my D driev only in...it comes up as E. How do I change them back to what they were.....any ideas?

Works fine unless it's a boot drive - can be a right pain in the posterior on anything other than your 'data' drives. I had a similar issue a while back when I had to do a full reinstall and the ****ing thing ended up calling the primary boot drive e: - gave up and started again after about 2 days of painful confusion
