Drive with the fastest write speed?

What drives out there have the fastest write speed? I am ideally after a cheapish 30-100GB drive with very fast write speed. I'm guessing one of the SSD drives is going to be the candidate here.

It is to be used as an unRAID server cache drive.

Thanks guys. The OCZ Vertex 2E 40GB looks pretty good and for not too much money either. Now I just need the network bandwidth to keep up, lol. Hopefully future versions of unRAID will support network teaming.
