driver bug ?(new hd3870)

is this a driver bug or something else (8.2)? , mem size of my gfx card reads double for some reason . only got this card from overclockers yesterday , no matter which driver i use i get the same reading

that would be the day lol , i am never that lucky . no matter what i try it says the same amount

actually my card does the same under 7.10... shows up as 1024+ in dxdiag, but it's pulling 767 from the system memory...

i get 501 from the system for some reason , but now for another question (need a new thread for it ? ) it says for the ocuk hd3870 in the 38** listings 'Supplied Call of Juarez PC-DVD Game!' . where's my game
