driver missing? pls help

its HP Pavilion ze5232 laptop, just formatted and reinstalled winXP Home, downloaded all drivers from HP, installed them went ok but this communication port COM1 got yellow question mark

how can i fix it? i've checked HP website but nothing, nothing on COM1 port, what can it be?

go into the bios

if you never use that port, then just disable it -will get slightly faster booting and less resources used
