driver query, unknown hardware

Ive just installed all the gfx, sound, modem, etc drivers on the laptop but in Device Manager its still got a yellow warning triangle next to one item (that appears twice) that i have no idea what it is.

All it says under Other Devices is Base System Device

anyone any ideas what this may be, i can then go and download the drivers to see if it works.

Anything your know of in your that's missing from device manager?

Perhaps a screenshot, I do recall seeing 'Base System Device' before though.
