Spent a while playing this in HMV, pretty terrible. Better games out there for the money tbh!

I agree with ivtec-man that screen tearing is abolutely not acceptable. I find it very annoying.

Tearing & the frame rate in places is horrible.

I was hoping it would be like the old driver with updated graphics. But it feels like a rip off of burnout with all the different tasks you have to do.

got this on rental just now, I never really played the original driver games but I quite like this, the shifting thing just seems like a fancy way of skipping to different races/missions etc, instead of driving to everything, although it's used a bit in actual gameplay i suppose
good OTT driving fun

This game doesnt know what it wants to be. Driving....sci-fi.....racer....police detective based.... make your mind up for gods sake. I agree on one thing though, the out of body thing is STUPID.

Im thinking trading all them old games in for this was a big mistake.

I just got rid of it, It was ok but I got to a mission at the end which I couldn't do and it was driving me mad.

Well I was annoyed with the developer especially Martin whatshisface but I know Ubisoft sets the pricing and DRM.

Purchased this last night to play with some friend primarily, good fun though laggy on some occasions online.

Technically got it for £22 at a well known video game retailer which is currently doing an offer.
