Don't know about bledd. but I wouldn't trust a driver scanner. It would take that long to check out driver versions online compared to what you have installed. Especially if you've bookmarked the driver sites before.
I wouldn't trust a driver scanner, I check what drivers I have in Computer Management. And then if its not my machine I take a copy of the drivers on the machine using some software that MarcLister recommended to me.

I'm sure it can. But you'd most likely have to pay to access the repository and a scanner. Waste of time and money for something that can easily be done manually imho.
