Driverheaven forums

On a forum I was a member of quite while ago a few people had 15MB .bmp's that were about 4000x1500 as signatures.
 
I wouldn't care if I was banned from that site. Never have I struggled to read a forum. There are ads splattered everywhere, and the sigs are mahoosive.

Place is racked with some XBox bum-loving anyway, for example...

but the only other console out there is the Wii, and its hardly a next gen experience.

I blame people like this for the lack of innovative, original, fun games.
 
And the moral of the story is:-

Don't bang chests with the management. They have buttons you don't.
 
lol true, but i dont feel the need to suck up to the site owners like lots of people seem to do over on that forum.
im sure you'll agree spie that if someone disagrees with you then thats fair enough, not banning material ;)
 
yewww don't like their forum, look awfull. I know some sites like this have to have some form of advertising to raise revenues for bandwidth but its so off putting when its right in the middle of the page

It's all well and good but like in that thread, sometimes you can be discussing a topic, disagree with someone, and lose your account.

I can't say i've ever seen anyone banned on here for having an opinion! :)

Yeah i went to check a forum out for some information and it took around 2 minutes to load the page, as some of the sigs where that big.

And thats on ADSL

Forums like that have a small user base for a reason! :p ;)

lol i didn't even realise it was a forum for 10 seconds, thought it was a bad link.

its more of an art gallery than a forum, as long as you ae into mig 31s and other cliche crappy imagies
