Hi there,

Me and a few friends are thinking of driving abroad next summer. However we have been told to get insured you have to be over 21 is this true? I have looked on the internet and have found sites saying most countrys the age to drive is 18 so that shouldnt be a problem, its the insurance we need to find out about. Can you shed any light?

Check your insurance documents, I'm only 18 but I'm covered for up to 90 days European cover by my standard policy.
