Driving me nuts!!

It should release a current ip and then get a new lease for a dhcp ip from the dhcp server.

Dhcp dynamically assigns ip addresses, so in short, no, its using a dynamic ip.
 
It hasn't cured the problem completely!

Still getting http errors in event viewer.

Am looking for an older, stable driver for the network card. Anyone have one for the ASUS P5Q-E?
 
I've changed the cables and it still does it. I've got a driver dated December 2007 (the oldest I could find) and it's still doing it, although not as frequently as the latest drivers. I'm wondering if it's motherboard related??
