Feeder - Just A Day, great recommendation, doesn't get much better than that.
Like others have said, some more cheery Muse is good, a bit of Finch too, Hell is For Heroes - I Can Climb Mountains and a few other cheery ones too. No worse than driving along with some dull music on in the summer!
