The nightlife cds are a good place to start.
For some light dnb, try high contrast or anything on the hospital label.
Ltj bukem makes some great tracks too.
For some good old fashion jump up tracks, try tracks by Hazard, Generation dub, Hype, Dj zinc ...
Must buy albums at the mo:
Watch the ride by dj zinc,
Logistics (cant remember the title)
Latest High Contrast one.

Good list, but concord dawn are absolutely horrific.
Noisia, Logistics, High contrast missing off that list and are a few of my favs.
Cant believe no one mentioned Nicky Blackmarket
isnt he more of a d'n'b dj rather then an artist, never seen anything done by himself
Noisia are in the list. Logistics and High Contrast are good. Concord Dawn are wicked mate haha, can't beat a bit of cheesy stuff now and again.
All the Hospital records stuff is pretty damn awesome (High Contrast, Logistics, Cyantific, London Elektricity, etc). Hospital have not put a foot wrong for some time now. There are a few really good mix cd's they've put out.
The "10 Years of Hospital" CD's (3 CD's) is a great showcase of their stuff. More recently they put out "Weapons of Mass Creation 3" which is absolutely awesome - listened to it more than anything else this year. Then there is Cyantific's "Ghetto Blaster" for some really nice dnb.
I'm sure any dnb folk could go on for hours though - There's so much awesome dnb out there.

Jump Up - Hazzard, Hype, Sub Focus, TC, Dillinja(not all), Xample etc..(my most hated sub genre!)
Liquid - Alix Perez, Sabre, Paradox (at times), Spirit, Mutt etc..
Techstep - Ed Rush, Optical, Dom and Roland, Noisia, Calyx, Teebee etc..
Find stuff by them and then just go off into what you like.
All about liquid imo, as i love mixing it, but nothing like a hard night out on some ed rush or something.
Recommended labels - Moving Shadow, Virus, Metalheadz, Liquid V, Ram
