Condensing tumble drier. Keep the door open to circulate the waste heat into the house and their pretty efficient in the winter (clothes are out on the line in the summer).
If you need to dry inside, hang your bigger items on hangers (trousers on one of those clippy ones) and hook them in door ways or on a clothes hanger, allows the air to circulate and dry much faster.
we live in an appartment with no room for a dryer (chose a dishwasher).
at the moment with the sunny weather we can dry everything on 2 clothes horses on the balconies but in winter its all on the radiators and i hate having them clogged with clothes.
a few people say these jml dry buddy things, are they worth it?
