DS game recomendations

Well after buying a DS and a couple of games i'm looking for something else to play on it - there seem to be so many weird and wonderful games what would people recomend to get next?

currently i have / borrowed from housemate:

Sonic Ds - not really feeling this one, just something not quite right about it
Big brain academy - bloody gf keeps pwning me on it 1596g damn her
Tony Hawks - finished in best part of two weeks, i do like my hawk games thou
New Super Mario - still playing through, and its great
Super monkey ball - rubish, but the mini games are pretty fun, gonna have to sell i think
Mario Kart -

so what would people recomend?

Advance Wars: Dual Strike

Fantastic game, really great. Also The Settlers is coming to the DS soon

Mario 64 is also very enjoyable.
Bomberman is a goodish game for that retro feel - but looses appeal after time. Fun for multiplayer.

Resident Evil Deadly Silence

Avoid this game at all cost, if you played the PS1 version. Its the same game down to the crappy control system.

As always I reccomend Advanced Wars: Duel Strike. It's the only game that has really kept my interest tbh. A cracking strategy and suits the console perfectly.

One of the best games on the system when I owned a DS other then Mario 64 but everyone has their own opions

Lego star Wars is guff on the DS (shame really, as its ace on the PSP - almost a straigh conversion from the PS2 and Xbox versions).

Personally I like Phoenix Wright / Another Code and Trauma Centre.

Check out Tetris DS and Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan. Two good games IMO.

Very addictive game if you like card games, bowling, darts, pool etc etc

Good online as well

meh non of the current games hold my attention.

im waiting it out for Zelda DS, Pokemon Pearl/, and FF3...

the rest arent really worth 30 squid a chuck...
