DS3 or DS3P Differences?

I'm buying a new mobo and just wondering if it is worth waiting and buying the DS3P over the DS3, is it worth the wait and extra dosh?

Also, what are the differences between the two boards?

I don't rate the ds3 only reason it's rated so highly is because they probably make the most profit from it and so many punters own it so big up their own hardware. There's much better boards for the price of a ds3.Example the 650i boards.

Thats the thing, it is rated so highly and there is a reason most people own them. The 650i boards dont really take my fancy as i dont ever plan to sli and i dont really want to spend £170+ on a 680i when i will never use any of the features, i.e sli, raid, 7.1 sound etc

I jsut want a good, cheap overclocking board and this seems to way up there.

The board i had before was a asus pw5 dh but decided to sell it on for a good price and get something cheaper

Rubbish

The DS3 is one of the best C2D mobos out there and belive me I have tried many.

Nothing can touch it for the money.

The 650i mobos are not better than the 965 chipset for C2D either.

Any chace you could list the better boards for the same price and i will check them out? cheers

Fact is there isn't any....

The 650i clocks no better than the DS3 and is slower at the same clocks speeds.
