I've replaced my home server with,

2Gb Geil PC6400C4
36Gb Raptor for OS - in purple SATA port
2 x 500Gb Seagate 7200.10 RAID 1 - in Orange SATA ports
I have read the previous posts here and google but have a couple of ?'s
On the memory side of things, I am correct in thinking this board can only run at 2T? as I can't find anywhere in the bios the option to change to 1T.
How do I enable the Seagates to run at SATA II speeds? When I remove the jumper as per the Seagate site and write to them I get a blue crash screen
