I am looking for a good wireless router and a good PCI adapter, I would go USB if I have to.
I don't want to spend a huge amount and I'm living in a fairly big house so range is key. I'm getting fed up of being disconnected and my router having to be reset all the time.
I am curious to what some of your wireless set-ups are like, and I don't want to spend too much money. I have 2 PC's connected to the router at all times wirelessly and the main desktop PC connected although that's not on 24/7 like the other two.
Being disconnected a few times everyday, mostly at night when Im using them more is a nightmare and with my Xbox being connected to my desktop via an ethernet/wireless bridge, being kicked from games, disconnecting from online Poker and even when I'm surfing the web is quite annoying.
I think my PCI card has a lot to blame so i plan on replacing that first however my router is still not up to scratch either.
Everyone's views and hardware recommendations will be greatly appreciated, cheers
