Hi. Is there any difference using custom resolution instead of using Nvidia DSR?. Is custom more taxing on monitor?.

DSR vs custom reolution?.

Are you talking monitor scaling/straight up downsampling versus DSR? Normal downscaling/sampling will average some detail into non-existence but can be useful as a bruteforce method of AA. DSR uses semi-intelligent filters to try and preserve detail you'd notice to give the perception of a higher resolution the blurring level can be controlled.
