Get a survey made on a proper website, people will be more 'willing' to take part rather than pancake it. Yes, I've turned pancake into a verb. Pancake.

I suppose if you were to take a regular cake and stick it in a pan, you would be panning cake, or "pancaking" so it looks like in this case you are correct!
